Want to listen something?
Something, which matters
Not only to you
But also to me
And also to every individual
Then follow the below
No matter whether
You’re reading this on laptop
Or your phones
Just be calm
Stop any music, if you’re playing
Stop any other work
Just for 2 minutes
Give me that
Concentrate
Be still
And think of yourself
Your life
Your happiness
Your pain
Your failures
Your achievements
Let all these
Play in a slideshow
In your mind
Let it roll
Let it be remembered
Let it be there
In your minds
Forever
Remember to cherish
And cherish to remember
Be grateful to everyone
Be happy for everything
Be blessed by all
Spread the smiles
And the realization
That we’re humans
And it’s absolutely okay
To take sometime out
And let the slideshow run
Listen to the silence around you
Listen to the voices inside
Listen to the screams of your heart
Listen to the unhearable..
The last four lines are the crux …somehow when I really need to sit back and listen to those otherwise unheard sounds / voices , there’s something that lures me back into the chaos and humdrum of life (reminds me of the horse who shook his harness bell in Frost’s poem) . Nice one this !

Good to know, what listening to the unheard voices does to you. Yes, mostly it takes us back to the chaos of the past and makes the present chaos seem timid, which is good π Thank you for your appreciation π

What you said is true. To achieve or to solve the confusion we have to listen to ourselves shutting all other voices. Amazing read π

Thank you so very much Himali for your wonderful comment and appreciating the importance of these moments and how fast life moves and we are left speechless, when we can view our whole years of life in minutes. It’s so nice of you to feel the same π

A great concept Darshith. Unfortunately, your two minute time line barely allowed me to scratch the surface of all those points! Perhaps that is the price we pay for having many years behind us? π

Yes, we love for so many years but when we try to remember our by gone days and it all gets jotted to some moments and that’s our life and our existence π Thank you Colin for appreciating !
