Do we really complement
Each other?
Do we really complement
One another?
Do we really complement
Ourselves?
We gotta make sure that
The last one is ALWAYS TRUE
Because our soul should be
Able to complement our mind
And also our body
Then only we will be happy
But if we’re also able
To complement with others
That’s a plus
Because we’re sent here
To make this place a better
Habitat for the next gen
And we can do that by
Connecting with others
And complementing with others
And so try to make it a better place π
P.S.: Today’s song is awesome and that’s GENIE IN A BOTTLE of Christina Aguilera π
Are we really like a Genie in a bottle and once rubbed we can do wonders for others and also for us? Share your awesome thoughts π Happy Monday!
This is a great blog. We seriously need to compliment ourselves FIRST. Then when we compliment others it’s coming from a place of authenticity because what you believe is what you attract. The little things count just as much as the big things, if not more. Christina Aguilera is definitely a genie in a bottle π

a beautiful thought expressed here Darshith…..connection with the soul and connecting with others can help achieve harmony in our world….reminded me of E M Forster’s Only Connect…:)

Apologies Darshith…..E M Forster was a very famous British novelist of the 20th century and his novel, his most famous work, A Passage to India written in 1924. I read it years ago but I made a mistake in attributing the phrase ‘ Only Connect’ to this book…..It is actually Howards End, another work by the same author where the phrase has been used as an epigraph.

how do we complement ourselves if there is this sense of incompleteness from within?

We all are incomplete and hence it is upon us to feel the void. That’s the most difficult job because this void is the better half of our soulmate. We can go on accomplishing numerous things, but at the end we crave for love. For our better half. For amateurs, we can complement ourselves by doing things we love and not letting ourselves bored. Being bored is a shame to our knowledge. Then once we can entertain ourselves or keep ourselves occupied, then we can tune ourselves to the same frequency as others and things can start falling in right places. Difficult but always worth a try π Once we complement ourselves, then others is easy as you’re at peace within and outside is easy always π

So cool Darshith…such a nice guide for attaining peace in head.. :).. But even you know..each human functions differently. I guess we take our own fair share of time to get things. And being bored is shame to our knowledge..i like this outlook!

Yes, we all are different and hence we don’t know with what we will connect so we shouldn’t leave any stone unturned, especially when it is a question of attaining peace π Pehle khud khush rahenge, tabhi to dusro ko khush rakhenge π
