Wow! Fight or Flight Mode is awesome. I thought I was back in my nursing class for a moment 😛 You talked about this topic from another angle which was really great and I liked how you mentioned we have to find WHAT we are fighting for and WHY. Two very important questions 😉 Otherwise it’s like swinging a baseball bat around in mid air with no ball to hit 😉 Keep going with your vlogs it’s going really well 😀

Wow Bhai this is amazing..
I was just thinking that why you haven’t mentioned the words you didn’t choose at the beginning part which you do.. Now I came to know, you used all those words in your video.. Nice explanation of fight and flight mode.. Find, friends, focus, frequency, fix all are very well linked up bhai… Loved it.
