Permanent love being sidelined

It rings

And rings

And keeps on ringing

Without anyone paying any attention to it

And then it stops

All silent again

Still silent!

The screen shows 3 missed calls

from MOTHER INDIA

Look at my courage!

Daring enough to not receive her calls

Definitely, I am on the fire line

But I know that she will understand

Me being busy

She might think that either I am asleep

Or busy doing something important

I was and I was not

I could have received her call

But I was busy with the worldly love

The temporary love

The physical love

In the arms of someone

I know just for some weeks

And avoiding the permanent love

The only love I know before my birth

P.S.: Yo! How are you? I am back again to the writing world. I went to Orissa for holidays and had a great time. Will share pics in the next blog. Where are you guys holidaying? Summer is here and so is appraisal cycle in work. How is your work going on? You like appraisal cycle? What do you think can be made good in it? New vlogs coming up @Darshith Badiyani. This blog’s song is THE BIG BANG by Rock Mafia ft. Miley Cyrus.

That corner of street and that of my heart..

That corner
Which is full
Of crowd
In the evening
Laughs
Talks
Shouts
Dance
Food
Couples
Elders
Kids
Cars
Rush
Alive
Lively
At that peak hour
When all wants
To be there
And now
3 hours past
Midnight
No one is there
Not even me
I am glancing
At that corner
From my window
Across the building
As sleep is playing
Hide and seek with me
And I miss the vibes
Of that corner
But it’s not there
I am thinking
Where are all?
And then I relate
That life is the same
At some point
We are surrounded
And we are all together
Then after some years
Even less
We don’t get to see others also
All disperse
The mob breaks
The excitement drowns
May be all are at some other place
Waiting for the time
When all will come back
To that corner
With their regular
Work and make
It feel alive 🙂

P.S. : There’s a song of Bruno Mars named GRENADE, which starts with line EASY COME, EASY GO and this poem is on how people come and make that corner of street (and heart) alive with their presence and then they leave. They leave their imprints and aura behind and all we are left with is their memories. This weekend to friends and special ones altogether ❤ You can check Grenade and also My least favorite life of Lera Lynn 🙂
