Mistakes and how to analyze them

We all do mistakes and some of us do blunders, including me. But, wise people are those who learn from their mistakes and come out victorious by not doing the same mistake purposely.

“You build on failure. You use it as a stepping stone. Close the door on the past. You don’t try to forget the mistakes, but you don’t dwell on it. You don’t let it have any of your energy, or any of your time, or any of your space.” – Johnny Cash

Wanna know what kind of mistakes I have done?

  • Not listen to my parents in some of the situations, which led to my loss/harm somehow.
  • Not trying to save money even after working for around 3+ years. I should start using a piggy bank.
  • Buying so many books a regular basis(No! This ain’t a mistake), but not able to read all those books is. I cry at the sight of those beautiful creatures sitting there in the cupboard and all I can do is bat my eye.
  • I am a selfish guy. See! There it is out in this universe and I feel relieved. I have been telling this to most of my friends and frankly speaking, I am getting various reactions. Why am I doing this? Because we all are selfish and I want everyone to accept it. Just try to think and assess.

I can keep on going but all I want to let you know that we’re full of mistakes and we gotta accept the fact that we have to keep on evolving to have a good life so that we learn more from our failures and mistakes than our successes.

If my cell phone falls from my hand, it’s because I was careless or because of something other or someone else. If the same is done by someone else, I start thinking that they did knowingly.

So, to tell in short is, my mistakes are granular in size and other’s mistakes are humongous or blunders.

Ideally speaking, this should not be acceptable, but, as humans, we tend to do it. We tend to be impartial and follow favoritism. Now, don’t tell that you’re not your own favorite. I love myself.

So, before getting angry and trying to judge others based on their mistakes, think by being in their shoes and by being rational.

Good luck and do check out my video on the same topic.

P.S.: How are you, people? This is Rains of Castermere from GOT. Just 1 more month for GOT new season ❤ I love B’lore and my life. What about you? Do you love the place where you stay? Do you love how you spend 24 hrs of each day? Please do share your thoughts 🙂

Supreme One

We don’t read for the sake of reading

Some do

We don’t write for the sake of writing

No one does

We don’t eat for the sake of eating

Some do

We don’t sleep for the sake of sleeping

Again, some do!

We don’t smile for the sake of smiling

Some do

We don’t create for the sake of creation

Some do

We don’t kill for the sake of killing

No one does

We don’t cry for the sake of crying

No one will ever do

We marry for the sake of being married

Many do

Just to regret & repent

But then the damage is done

This is just an example

From the whole list of mistakes

Which we all can do

With less thinking

We don’t have to be anyone else

To be someone

We are ourselves

And we’re awesome

Don’t do things for the sake of doing it

There’s no fun in that

No lessons in that

Just wastage of time

But if you do things

With some percentage of genuineness

Then you evolve

The thing seems genuine

Pieces start falling in right places

Words seem to make sense

Rivers seems to find oceans

One seems to be many

And many manys’ together

Becomes the Supreme One

P.S.: Mondays’ are urghh! So to soothe this feeling, here is some soothing music of That Kiss by Tiffany Alvord ❤ Awesome singer, awesome song!

Sewed with Good Intentions..

You don’t have an ounce of knowledge

How I live my life

How I tackle with situations

How I confront my mistakes

How I accept the unavoidable

How I go an extra mile for some

How I pull out for the undeserving

How I became the one I am today

How I sometimes try to multi-task and succeed

How I just can’t do a small simple thing

How I smile outside with pain inside

How I manage my time to make you feel okay

How I sacrifice things to see you happy

How I smile seeing others at peace

How I feel guilt with others in pain

How I cry in restroom so that no one sees

How I laugh loudly to let others know I am okay

How I stand for things that always fall

How I give up on things that remained forever

How I feel alone with people everywhere around me

How I like being busy always so that no bad thoughts will come to me

How I sleep less hours to make sure I do what’s good for all

How I feel when I am in love with a gal

How I help you bring your feel-good-factor back

How I want to go to sleep when in anger and sadness

How I enjoy so much of that power nap

How I try to wake early for some purpose but fail

I am just a human filled with failures, regrets, success, hope, love, anger, sadness, emotions, guilt, truth, hard work,

But all sewed up with good intentions.

Digesting mistakes!!

Nobody is perfect. And please don’t mum in your mind that “I AM NOBODY!!” 😀

But its so true. We all consider ourselves as perfect, even me too.

So, lets cut to the chase 😉

If a friend of mine makes a mistake(I ain’t sure whether it will counted as a mistake also :D) of like talking to my GF in facebook and not informing me, then that’s the end of our friendship and from now on he’s my arch-enemy.
But, if I talk to the GF of my friend and don’t inform then I just forgot(intentionally) and still it was the mistake of my friend for taking such a small thing seriously. I have no fault in this.

When we see a situation, we see it from our point’s of view. When we want other’s to see a situation, in that also we want them to see it from our angle. Cmon, where’s the justice in it??

So, please my dear friends, start digesting the mistakes of others also as easily you digest your own.
Try to see a reflection of yourself in others and your digestion will definitely be smooth and there will be no need of any meds for that.

Forgiveness is quite different but yes its related. Name is unimportant, rather the Deed is important. And by doing the right deed, you’re setting yourself free from taking yourself to a higher level.

Happy Digestion,
Darshith 😛
