Learning from mental molestation..

The day comes

The night goes

It never ends

The circle of life

I need it to stop

Because there’s no

Breathing time

We live like cyborgs

I don’t think we even live

It’s like we’re wasted

For things that won’t be missed

I crave for my smile

I crave for my happiness

But it never comes

Elopped it stays

So, I turn my attention

To your smile and care

And all I am served is

Mental Molestation

I can’t take it anymore

I am all sore

Just let it pass by

Till the water is head-high

Then I will oppose

I will leave

Because I don’t believe in making people understand

If they had to, they would have

If they didn’t, they won’t ever!

Hence taking all the mental molest I can

It makes me strong

It makes me, me!

P.S.: I couldn’t have been listening to any other song in loop apart from Whatever it takes of Imagine Dragons at this time. How are you, peepal? 😀 I am reading Daring Greatly recently and it’s awesome. FYI, I am reading at the speed of the slowest snail 😛

Fist fight

As a youth, you have to be a part of a fist fight to show your manliness. Unfortunately, I haven’t been in any. Oh no! I remember now, I was also in a fist fight and it was started by him.

I didn’t want to ever add “BEEN IN A FIST FIGHT” to my life’s resume but we seldom get what we want. The worst part of being in a fist fight is either your face or your hands(sometimes both) are bruised. With me, it was none.

So the good news is, I smacked him. My right hand landed on his left chin, which burst open his lip and he was stunned. He didn’t expect this and so did I. Both were surprised, he fumbled and fell on the sofa and looked at me with anger in his eyes. I was holding his right hand with my left one. We made eye contact and the amount of hatred he had for me was waiting to be erupted as a volcano.

Nothing was audible to me. I was angry and it was only shown in my reflex punch & raging eyes. Other than that, I was calm. Then all of a sudden, voices started getting audible and started getting louder with rising decibel. Some cries, some begging. All vague.

I looked around and saw my mother pulling my shirt and begging me to stop. I couldn’t make sense of it all. I was hypnotised by emotions.  Then the anger in my eyes descended and the anger in my father’s eyes too. He came to the realization that hitting his spouse do not make him any STRONGER and hence the reflex punch and that is how it feels to be beaten and that too by his own blood. I am sure he must have wished IF HIS SPERM DIDN’T FUSE MY MOM’S OVARY THAT NIGHT. But, the damage’s done & we all have to face the things we are entitled to. His time of realization had just started and he was within his boundaries since that fight.

Now, as a son, I don’t want this fight to be in my resume or to be proud of. But that’s life. We get what we are entitled to and not what we imagine.

Allergic to ‘E’ Challenge & also the Very Inspiring Blogger Award !!

Hello guys !!

I was nominated for this awkward yet very interesting challenge by Kritika !! She is a wonderful writer & also has skills of painting & photography. So, all-in-all her site is perfect fun. Do invest your time in her site !!

Here are the rules of the challenge:

  1. Write a whole paragraph (a paragraph sounds easy right?) without any word containing the letter “e” (still easy for ya?)
  2. By reading this you are already signed up.
  3. Challenge at least five bloggers to do the challenge. They must do it within 24 hours or it is considered as failure.
  4. If you fail or pass, suffer in the Page of Lame.
  5. If you win, wallow in the Page of Fame.

Instead of coming up with a paragraph, I wrote a poem(which also has an E) 😀 It was a tough one.

Laugh loud and
Finish tasks and
Grow !!
Stay Strong and
Broadcast Wisdom and
Don’t look at statistics as
Crowd ain’t got brains
You gotta fight
If you fail
All you gotta do
Is shout
PLOT TWIST
And run
Run towards
Starry Horizon
Bright humans
Bright brains
Bright YOU

Did you understand what the poem was about? If YES , then please make me understand in the comments section. If NO, then also add a comment about what you expected this poem to be & what it turned out 😀

Happy Sunday !!

Bad times forget us.. but good times??

bad-times-good-times

Long days

Leads to

Long nights?

Or Peaceful sleep?

It depends on

How the day went..

Now, did it go good?

Better?

Worse?

C’mon, Worst!!!!

Does it matter?

Because, it’s gone

And you can’t get it back

Not the troubled times

Not the sweaty brows

Not the scared feelings

Its all gone !!

And what you’re left

With is

Experience

Wow!! Ain’t experience the best?

For me, it is

As we learnt how to tackle

How to manage

How to avoid

How to be thankful

How to forget

How to revive

How to stand back up

After the downfall

After the chaos

After the turmoil

After the helter skelter

After all is gone

You remain..

Sometimes alone

Sometimes surrounded

Sometimes bruised

Only physical?

Are you a fool?

Mental bruises are more fatal

They crush us

Grind us

Blind us

But

Makes us stronger

Sharper

Victorious

And you may forget the bad times

You may also forget the good times

But the thing is

The good times do not forget you

Bad times does

Even so easily

Because it is ashamed

That you won over it

And you conquered

But the Good times

Stays

Not in your heart

But in the minds

And on the lips

Of others

And may be you are

Not a big fan of Limelight

But your deeds

Which speaks volumes

Brings you under limelight

And you hear the echo

Of your good deeds

And all remains

is Those deeds

Good or Bad, they remember

You because you were there

And you lived those times

Endured them

And came out stronger

Not always one succeeds

Some fail also

But they fail

Only when they

Ain’t got it in them

To stand up again

Face it all

From the beginning

But with experience

And with Bad Experience

You have already won

Half the battles

And hence the good times

Increases

Exponentially……

Where are we headed??

To tell the truth, “I don’t know!”. But, I am not wasting much time on that question. Infact, I have quite a few other questions lingering in my mind. I won’t bother you with all those because I know you also have a list of yours and don’t want to add anymore questions to it.

So where exactly am I headed??

The destination is important to start the journey. But, after the beginning of the journey, the journey should be the destination. To make the journey unique, memorable, worthy, happy, success, true, wise you have to forget the former destination. You will reach the former destination, if you make your later destination a perfect one. And it can only be made perfect, if YOU live it by your own rules, following your own principles, listening to your heart, making kind decisions, living a blessed LIFE.

No matter how tough situations come, remember you are TOUGHER, WISER, STRONGER, STANDING, SMILING, DIFFERENT, POWERFUL!!! These tough situations define you, build you, develop you, evolve you, rise you. These tough situations make you the YOU!

a-better-you

Come harder days, come tough challenges, come dark nights, come quite moments, come cornered times & along with all come BETTER YOU!!

Keep fighting,
One of the fighters.
